    • After 24 hrs, orders may be ineligible for cancellation depending on their processing status. Please check the status of your order before requesting cancellation.

    • If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to follow our return procedures to return the product once received.

2. Refund Policy

    • Products: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

    • Services: Refunds for services are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase or subscription. Please refer to specific service agreements for more details.

  • Requesting a Refund:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at whatsapp or email to us with your order details and reason for the exchange.

5. Shipping

  • For returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
